Question:   My PC does not turn on at all! Can you still recover data?

Answer:     In most cases yes as the hard disk drive is independant to the PC power supply.

Question:  Can data be recovered from storage media like external drives and usb sticks?

Answer:    Yes they all work the same way.

Question:   Can we recover emails and email address books?

Answer:      In most cases yes. But restoring your emails and address book will rely on you having the orgional version of Oultook installed.
